I teach the Ramana Devi Meditation Technique, which is taken from the Hindu Sage Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra’s. It teaches you how to focus and gain control of your mind in a way that is fun and practical. Ramana is a Hindu Satguru, who has worked with people for over 30 years and has carefully studied what helps people the most. 

Join me and prepare your body, mind and environment to meditate effectively.

I currently teach classes in the community, online through zoom or skype an offer private sessions.

Online Sessions 

    • 1-1 Online Sessions – 1 hour-long – £25
    • Learn to Meditate Online Class starting 8th September 2021 

Group Sessions are £7 and are at the following venues:

  • The Centre in Poynton – 107 Park Lane, Poynton, Sk12 1RB – Learn to Meditate Class starting 9th September 2021 
  • Transcend Studio’s, Bridgewater Mill, Legh Street, Eccles, Manchester, M30 OUT – Learn to Meditate Class starting 7th September 2021
